Hi, I'm Jess. People call me when they don't know who to call.
I sell real estate across Orange County and LA County. But most of what I actually do is connect people — to the right builder, the right lender, the right answer — and stay with them until it's sorted.

Real estate is the main thing. The rest grew out of it — years of working with the same builders, lenders, and trades, and knowing which ones actually show up.

I'm a licensed California real estate agent with Real Brokerage Technologies, working with buyers, sellers, and investors across Orange County and Los Angeles County. Everything about that side of my work lives on its own site.

Builder relationships
I've worked alongside local builders long enough to know whose timelines hold and whose don't. If you're weighing new construction or planning a renovation, I can point you toward people I'd use myself.
Lender introductions
I'm not a lender and I can't quote you anything. What I can do is introduce you to loan officers I've watched close difficult files, so you're not picking a name off an internet ad. You choose who you work with.
Trades and vendors
Inspectors, contractors, landscapers, stagers, cleaners. The unglamorous list that decides whether a project goes smoothly. I keep it current because I use it constantly.
Straight answers
Sometimes people call with a question and no transaction attached. That's fine. I'd rather be the person you ask than the person you avoid because you think I'll pitch you.
About me
I'm a mom first. Most of how I run my business comes from that — I'm organized because I have to be, I'm direct because there isn't time not to be, and I genuinely care how things turn out for the people I work with.
I'm a girl's girl. I want the women around me to win, and a good chunk of my week is spent making introductions between people who should know each other. Very little of that shows up on an invoice, and I like it that way.
Outside of work, you'll find me at Pilates. It's the one hour where nobody can reach me, and it keeps me sane enough to be useful the rest of the day.
The thread through all of it is that I like being helpful, and I've been doing this long enough to have the connections that make helpfulness actually mean something.
